Free Information For Learning How to Build a Mailing List

Mailing list is the way to make money on the Internet! If you want recurring sales on line, over and over again the money is in the list. I'm sure your email in-box is just like mine. Full of 'Make money in 60 days and never work again', or 'Make money by almost doing nothing and the money will flow your way'.

There is just too much of this stuff on line today! Things have changed. People are getting smarter and no longer falling for this anymore which is good. The marketers that are peddling this still are going to be left behind and won't know what hit them.

This is a good thing! Maybe if people stop buying this junk there will be less scamper on line and we won't get all this plugging up our email box anymore...or at least not as much.

I was just like you. I had bought into this hype and spent more money on this then I would like to admit. It is very easy to get caught up into because you really want to start your own business so bad that you want to believe it.

I too struggled on line for a while. Spent valuable time trying to make these schemes work when they were doomed from the start because of bad information, or something that was rehashed so many times it no longer worked.

Well I'm here to tell you don't give up hope. I almost did, and if I would have I wouldn't have learned what I needed to make a real living on line. These are different times now and the old schemes are dead.

If you really truly want to have your own profit pulling machine, making money over and over again it can be accomplished. The money is in your mailing LIST! People don't buy the first time they meet you anymore. It takes time for them to court you for a while and get to know you. Once you have gained their trust and they look at you as an expert they WILL buy from you.

If you are really interested in making real money on line I will provide that information to you for FREE! Why am I doing this you ask? Because I'm a real person just like you and I too struggled on line for a long time. I believe if you freely give, in the end you will receive back. It's called karma.

I'm offering this free information to you for a limited time ONLY because I don't want everyone to know this and put me out of business! So come check out this free information...you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Learn how to make true profits on line through your own mailing list TODAY.

Transfer Huge Files Online Fast And Free

If this problem hasn't hit you yet... it will.

With the ever-increasing popularity of sharing home-videos, mp3 audios, and other large files online, actually transferring those files to your customers, friends, and family presents a problem.

Most email systems limit the size of the files you can send, and often completely restrict some file types, such as .exe, from passing through their email servers.

Most computer geeks say, "Just ftp it to your server and I'll download it from the Web."

Unfortunately, that solution often proves too much of a hassle, and actually rates impossible for those without ftp access to a website and the knowledge to use it.

To solve this problem, a new breed of website file transfer service has emerged to help the technically or time-challenged masses share their huge files online.

I discovered this website as most people discover new sites, I saw someone else using it.

A friend wanted to send me a 10MB "zip" file while he traveled from San Francisco to Boise.

He couldn't use his ftp program to upload it to the Web, and his ISP wouldn't let him send such a huge file.

So, he logged on to http://www.yousendit.com and completed a 4-step process.

(1) He entered my email address, (2) chose the file he wanted to send by browsing his hard drive, (3) entered his email and typed in a brief message, and (4) clicked the "send" button.

The service uploaded the file to the web and sent me an email message with a link to download the file from their website.

After I downloaded the file, I clicked a link to delete the file from their server.

If I didn't bother to click that link, the server would automatically delete the file after 7 days.

A few things make this service unique.

First, it allows you to send files without forcing you to register as a user; it's totally anonymous.

Second, it allows you to send up to a 1 gigabyte file.

This enables you to send virtually anything you can think of to anyone with an email address and Internet connection.

The site appears to make its money from advertising revenue generated by popup ads and Google AdSense (where they earn a commission every time someone clicks a link).

Third, like Hotmail.com did when first starting out, YouSendIt.com encourages message recipients to turn around and use the service to send files to their friends.

This "viral marketing" effect should help them spread the word quickly without a huge marketing budget.

DropLoad.com also enables users to send large files, though they restrict file sizes to 100 MB.

However, DropLoad.com offers one extra feature lacking in YouSendIt: delivery confirmation.

Dropload enables you to know when the person you sent the file to actually clicks the link to download the file.

This cuts down on the "I never got the file" claims and acts like the Post Office making them sign for registered mail.

You can't prove they read it, but you can prove they received it.

DropLoad.com does require you to register for a username and password, but the service is free.

Overall, both services do an excellent job of solving a growing problem for a huge audience worldwide.

Also, if you sell information products customers download from the Internet, the link expiration and confirmation features can come in handy (such as giving out free samples or preview copies to potential joint venture partners).

How To Build A Swipe File

A swipe file is a collection of ads, headlines, sales letters, and other marketing materials. Every successful copywriter has a swipe file that they use for inspiration when they're hit with a case of writers block. If you're an aspiring copywriter yourself, you should start building your own swipe file too.

You can then use it as a study guide to learn more about the craft and as inspiration when you're stuck. But let me make it clear that you should NEVER just copy someone elses work. You can borrow ideas and learn from the structure and voices used by other copywriters. But copying an ad word for word is just stealing.

What should I include in my swipe file?

Start with your mail. Look at the sales letters, flyers, and postcards you receive every day. When something catches your interest and makes you reach for your wallet or your checkbook, put it aside. The same goes for advertisements from newspapers and magazines.

But how do you know if an ad is good at selling? A good rule of thumb is that if you see an ad repeated again and again, it's probably a good seller. All ads are tested to determine which ones sell and which do not. They're constantly tweaked and adjusted, and unprofitable ads are eliminated. So if you find an ad that has been running for some time, it's a good bet that it has already been tested and proven to be a winner.

How you store your swipe file is up to you. I like to laminate the ads and place them in a binder where they are safe and easy to pull out when needed.

Don't forget about ads and sales letters you read online. There are many excellent examples of copywriting available only online.

You can keep these organized and easy to find by saving them to a social bookmarking site such as del.icio.us.

Simply go to http://del.icio.us and create a free account. You can then save web pages to your favorites, and access them from anywhere.

It's a good idea to print these out and add them to your binder as well - for reference.

How to Lose Weight Quickly - And it Won't Cost a Cent

Do you regret having paid the annual membership at the local gym? Do you wish you could ever gather enough enthusiasm for actually using the pool in your neighborhood? Or maybe actually get up in the morning for that hour long stroll?

Most of us, sadly enough, lead ridiculously busy lifestyles. And that's not even an excuse - there literally isn't enough time in the day to fit in an hour for exercise. The trouble is, it doesn't go down well with your body, even if it does happen to be true. Your body needs the exercise, especially as the years roll by and there are a number of simple, free tips that if incorporated into your daily life will see you shed those extra pounds and start enjoying your life again.

Before reading on remember one thing-as we get older it is more difficult and perhaps understandable to find it more difficult to shift those extra pounds. Do not be too hard on yourself-this program is designed to work over a period of time by incorporation into your every day lifestyle.

All is not lost however - these five tips will go a long way towards giving you the daily exercise you need.

1) Climb those steps

Whether at home or in office, resist the temptation to jab at that elevator button. Take the stairs, day in and day out. It might seem like a chore in the beginning, but once you get into the groove, you'll find yourself actually wanting to climb the stairs every time. Give it a week or so, you'll see.

2) Don't delegate the household chores

Something as simple as folding laundry can help you out. Do it while watching TV, or vacuum the entire house. Clean the windows, make the bed, make dinner for the family (and clean up afterward!). Doing all these seemingly innocuous chores might not make you look like you've hit the gym - but they can form part of an effective lifestyle change which will lead to long term weight loss and increased fitness.

3) Wash the car

Don't simply drive the car through that car wash, get the bucket out and give her a scrub down at home. Not only does the car end up looking bright and shiny, but you manage to lose some calories in the bargain as well and be sure to make it a regular weekly job.

4) Walk the dog

Its great exercise for the dog, you save money on the dog walker and you lose calories in the bargain. And it doesn't have to be an hour long stroll either. Just a twenty minute saunter is more than enough.

5) Take out the garbage, fetch the mail

Small, simple tasks that you can easily incorporate into your every day life but they all add up at the end of the day. Do these tasks regularly enough, stick with the change and you'll soon see the benefits..and feel them.

None of these steps will make you look like the incredible hulk. But they are pointers towards a healthier lifestyle - and well begun, as they say, is half done!

Your E-mail and the Shift Key

With e-mail, how you are perceived is important to if your message, request or point of view will be taken seriously. A primary example is making just a little effort by hitting that darned shift key to capitalize the start of your sentences. Doing so can make all the difference in the world as to whether you will be perceived as someone who is to be taken in earnest.

Of course if you have arthritis or are impaired in some manner that makes it impossible for you to use the shift key, then it would behoove you to make a note stating as much at the top of your e-mail. All e-mailers need to understand that how they e-mail will be a reflect upon them. Perceptions are made whether we like it or not, so why not make the minimal effort to ensure we leave a favorable reaction?

We all learned basic sentence structure in grade school. Use it. There is not a single resource that I am aware of that negates the need to communicate in an educated and thoughtful manner when it comes to e-mail. When you do not capitalize your name or the beginning of sentences you are relaying several possible things about yourself:

1. I don't care if I am perceived as uneducated or...

2. I am uneducated or...

3. I am so lazy I can't hit the shift key when required.

None of the above is complimentary. Use your shift key. It is an effort well worth the positive impression doing so will leave.

Increase Your Free Time With a Spam Blocker

Will a spam filter help you free up time? I spend so much time weeding the spam out of my mailbox that it is unbelievable, or at least I did. It is an unfortunate fact that a good spam blocker is an absolute necessity with any computer that has email and internet access to it. Spam is simply unsolicited email that is usually a part of some sort of commercial advertising strategy. It is the email equivalent of junk mail and has been a part of email life for years now. You should really consider a good spam blocker because the truth is that spam presents a great deal more trouble than just the pain of weding out advertisements.

So why is spam such a problem? I mean do you really have to get a spam blocker? The answer is yes because spam eats up the electronic resources on your computer like memory and storage. Spam may also have viruses that can shut down your computer or your network if you have one. It can also contain scams that can trick some of the less savvy users of the internet and email. What a good spam blocker will do is stop the messages before they ever hit your inbox, thus saving you space, memory, and the threat of unsavory offers.

Another way a spam blocker will help you is in terms of your time. Even if the spam you receive does not contain viruses and really is just a series of advertisements, it takes a lot of time to delete and filter out all the spam in your inbox. If the email in question is one you use for work, then think how much more productive you can be with a spam blocker keeping you from having to read and delete a bunch of advertisements.

If you are a business owner, the same applies. Your employees will be much more productive if you get a good spam blocker put in with the email. It will save time in reading bad emails as well as help protect you from the threat of viruses or spyware. Spam is a problem and can really hold back a business as much as it can an individual, so give some consideration to getting a good spam blocker so that you can save your business time and money.

Spam has been around pretty much since the internet and email first became popular. It is difficult to define and recognize, but laws are still passed to help slow it down or stop it. The problem is that often times the spammers are ignoring such laws and sending their messages out anyway. All this means is that no matter how many laws or acts are passed, a good spam blocker is a necessity to keep your computer and to keep your email running smoothly. In addition, it will save you time and frustration every time you log on to check your email messages.

The History of Wrigley Field

In March 1914, construction began on what is now known as Wrigley Field. At a cost of $250,000, Wrigley Field remains one of the oldest parks in the history of baseball. Located in Chicago, this facility is home to the Chicago Cubs. In the beginning, 10 investors purchased the team. In later years, however, each owner sold their remaining shares to William Wrigley Jr., who was first known for Wrigley chewing gum. In 1926, the ballpark was renamed from Cubs Park to Wrigley Field in honor of it's owner.

Many firsts were started at Wrigley Field, including permanent concession stands and permission for fans to keep foul balls that are hit into the stands. The bleachers and scoreboard were both constructed in 1937 and are still manually operated. Incidentally, the scoreboard has yet to be struck with a ball in play. Ironically enough, however, it was hit by a golf ball teed off by Sam Snead inside the stadium. Bill Veek, who built the bleachers and scoreboard, is also responsible for the landscaping throughout Wrigley Field.

In August 1988, the lights were lit for the first night game to be held at Wrigley Field. After more than 5,000 afternoon games, the Chicago Cubs were scheduled to meet under the lights for the first time on their home turf against Philadelphia. While the game was initially rained out, the New York Mets arrived the following night and were defeated as the Chicago Cubs were victorious in a 6-4 win.

Many of baseball's great historic moments occurred at Wrigley Field, including Ernie Banks batting his 500th homerun in 1970, Babe Ruth's "called shot" in the 1932 Game 3 of the World Series, Pete Rose tied Ty Cobb's record 4,191 hits in baseball history in 1985, Sammy Sosa's 60th homeruns in 1998, 1999 and 2001. In addition, fans witnessed Gabby Hartnett's famous "Homer in the Gloamin" against the Pirates' Mace Brown in 1938.

Wrigley Field, which is the last Federal League park in existence, also remains to be one of the most traditional venues in the sport of baseball. The majority of the facility has remained free of advertisements with only a few lingering throughout the park. Flags, located on the grounds of Wrigley Field, continue to remind fans whether or not the Chicago Cubs are winning or losing in the standings. Although it is the current home of the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field has hosted more professional football games than any other stadium in America. In 2005, Wrigley Field celebrated 92 seasons of hosting Major League Baseball and 90 years as home to the Chicago Cubs.

Collectors who wish to request an autograph from any one of the players on the Chicago Cubs roster should send their letter and a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) to:

Player's Name

c/o Chicago Cubs

Wrigley Field

1060 West Addison St.

Chicago, IL 60613-4397

Fans requesting an autograph should limit their request to two items per letter. Popular items to have signed include photos, index or trading cards, baseballs, etc. Patience is key when requesting autographs through the mail, but the best time to reach an athlete is often during the off-season.

Get More Hits to Your Website Free

Getting hits to your website for free takes significant work. Basically, you need to get your website link on as many relevant websites as you can. So how do you go about doing this? One link at a time. Yes, that is correct - posting one link at a time in blogs, forums or any other type of website where you can add relevant content and post your link.

OK, this is not for everyone, as it takes a lot of work. But, if you are the type of person who is serious about your website and you really want to be a success online, then you need to take note of this and apply yourself everyday.

If you are the lazy type, then this is not going to work for you as it take significant commitment and dedication everyday to apply yourself and post as many backlinks as you possible can on several thousand websites.

The good news is, if you find a relatively unsaturated market, it can be quite easy to get to the number one position on Google for certain keywords. All you really need to do is find the niche you are interested in that is not saturated. This would mean that there are limited results in Google when you search on the term.

Then all you need to do is buy a domain with your keywords in it and then create a website. Add a lot of content to it, generate some backlinks and drive some traffic to it using the best free methods online and before you know it you will be receiving significant traffic.

There are numerous ways to get free traffic, but some of these work much better than others. Really, if you are serious about your online website and need traffic consistently everyday for the long term then you must check out this method. This will get more hits to your website free, guaranteed.

If you are looking to Increase Website Traffic I can show you the only method that actually gets results. This method is very effective in getting a boost of traffic to your website and if you implement it you will see dramatic results.

How to Promote a Website and Get Free Websites Hits!

When you setup a website which is intended to boost your business, then it becomes quite important to promote a website in a correct manner. At times it becomes very difficult to make your website popular among people as there are loads of content available on the internet.

The aim to promote a website and get it seen can be a bit difficult to achieve as there are more than anticipated number of competitors out there. What makes an online business difficult is the presence of millions of websites. There are certainly ways to get free website hits, however they need to be implemented religiously and consistently.

I have come across a lot of people who would begin with a bang but end in whimper. Why? It's because they lose focus in promoting their website, after few initial genuine attempts. One needs to consistently write and publish content at various sources so as to ensure that visitors are always connected to your thought. It's not that by just publishing few articles and writing few things here and there you would be successful in promoting your website and get internet traffic.

I would suggest that you start writing articles on the various topics in good number so as to get internet traffic. Make sure that your keyword selection is good enough and also that you have placed the keyword in a right format and evenly spread throughout the article.

You may also try to promote a website through various social networking sites like Myspace, Facebook etc. You may also try the innovative technique of Twitter to get internet traffic. Visibility is the key to success in the world of internet, thus you would be really successful in getting free website hits if you genuinely start promoting your website.

Blogging is also an innovative option. You may speak about your product and also share your experiences with other people in your own personal way. At the end of the blog post leave a link to your website. If your content is innovative and interesting people would be more than happy to click on the link to know more about you and your website.

Join various forums and other platform wherever people discuss topics related to the nature of your business. Make sure you actively participate in all the relevant discussions and then leave your link in the signature. This way you will certainly get internet traffic you are looking for.
